The face behind The Macro Mentality

"My mission to help others to nourish their mind to the create life-changing outcomes that they’ve always dreamed of. My mission is to educate individuals on how to eat all the foods that they love (yes, all of them!) and make nutrition easy to achieve the body they have always wanted -- fueled by an unstoppable mindset."
Competing in fitness competitions was the catalyst for my passion for healthy cooking and creating delicious macro-friendly recipes. I believe that fitness and health are the foundation of a happy and fulfilling life, and they should be fun! Thus, the creation of the Macro Mentality, where I combine my two favorite things in life: peanut butter and personal development.
I train hard, eat lots & lots of foods that I love, and spend a great deal of time reading & experimenting with the best personal development skills.
I have a degree in Psychology and am fascinated by the cultivation of a success mindset. If we can adjust our psychology to suit our goals, we can achieve exactly what we set out to. It’s the daily habits that begin in your mind that fuel your life. Utilizing these techniques both with myself and my clients has allowed me to refine the optimal skills and practices for attracting success, reaching goals, and living a more fulfilling life.
