Macro-friendly No-Bake Protein Cookies

2 scoops Eat The Bear Peanut Butter Chocolate Protein Powder (code BRI saves you 15%)
120g Old Fashioned Oats, uncooked
6 tbsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
120ml unsweetened vanilla almond milk
60ml sugar-free syrup
10g unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp  vanilla extract
pinch salt
Step 1
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
Step 2
In a microwave-safe medium bowl, combine milk, peanut butter, syrup. Microwave for 30 seconds, take it out and stir it. Microwave again for 30 seconds. Stir it around. When the mixture is melted almost fully together, mix it more and smooth out most of the bumps.
Step 3
Pour the peanut butter mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until thoroughly combined. 
Step 4
On a baking sheet covered in wax or parchment paper, drop even spoonfuls and press them down into cookie shapes. Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Step 5
When you take them out, you may need to set it on the counter for a minute to soften a bit. Enjoy! Store in Tupperware in the freezer or the fridge. If you leave them in the fridge, they will be much more gooey (but whose complaining?)
