Chop up cauliflower in desired size pieces
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower and buffalo sauce. If you prefer it to be hotter, add more sauce. If you prefer a lighter heat, add less. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and stir together.
If using an air-fryer, line the basket with tin foil. Spray it with non-stick spray. Place an even layer of the cauliflower on the tin foil.

Air fry for 7 minutes at 400 degrees. After 7 minutes, toss/flip them around and then air fry for 4 minutes or until crispy/brown.
(In the oven method: bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. After 10 minutes, flip them and bake for 5-10 more minutes. To make them extra crispy, place in the oven on broil for 1-2 minutes. Be mindful while doing this, they often crisp faster than expected.)
Drizzle them with fat-free ranch. Enjoy!
