Very thinly sliced potato
Salt and pepper
Thinly slice potato. Soak potato slices in water for 30-40 minutes.
If using an air-fryer, line the basket with tin foil. Spray it with non-stick spray. Place an even layer of the potato on the tin foil.

Air fry for 7 minutes at 400 degrees. After 7 minutes, toss/flip them around, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and then air fry for 4 minutes or until crispy/brown.
(In the oven method: bake for 10 minutes at 375 degrees. After 10 minutes, flip them and bake for 5-10 more minutes. To make them extra crispy, place in the oven on broil for 1-2 minutes. Be mindful while doing this, they often crisp faster than expected.)
