As Your Personal Nutrition Coach, I work one-on-one with you to develop a plan that works for you right now... and for later on. My love for flexible dieting has brought me to enjoy so much success with my body, mind, and fitness career. However, none of those trumps the enjoyment I feel coaching others. This is not the cookie-cutter scheme. Based on a number of details, such as your dieting history, body type, goals, preferences, lifestyle, etc. I create a completely individualized plan that is designed specifically for you.

"Here's the obvious - a loss of 30 FREAKING POUNDS!!! No more heart medication!!! Size 4 pants!!! And staying in those pants, even while I'm in a building season! And being able to eat almost 2,400 calories daily?! I'm the healthiest I have *ever* been in my life, getting stronger every week, and eating food that I love.

With my husband's love of cooking, and our entire family get-togethers revolving around food, I have learned the skills to eyeball portions if my scale isn't handy as well as making the best choices from what's available.

I'm slowly learning to have a better relationship with the scale. I'm learning to not let it define ME. I am better able to focus on my goals and find what serves me to meet those goals.

Having you as a cheerleader, celebrating even the small successes that I would have ignored or pooh-poohed away, really helped to make me feel empowered and capable. That's not something I was good at doing previously. When faced with making a difficult decision, before I would have just caved in and gone with the flow of things even though I knew it wasn't in my best interest. Not now. Now I can confidently put my foot down and say "no", at least in this situation. And it feels pretty damn good to be able to do so.

I know this has nothing to do with weight loss, muscle gain, training, or anything like that, but having those mental tools that you've shared with me for the (almost) past year has helped in so many ways so that I CAN take the stand to make the decisions that best serves me. I would definitely recommend you as a coach!!

"I could write a freaking book on how my life has changed in the last 6-8 months with your help and support and my hard work. Since working together.... oh Bri, there have been SO MANY positive changes to notice in my world! Mentally, physically and emotionally! The obvious - weight loss. I’m down 32 lbs, an incredible transformation so far. The cheekbones are back! My clothes fit well again! I don't dread figuring out my outfit for the day. I feel so strong.

Physically, my whole body has changed. My legs especially (spinning/biking of course), and the rest of my muscles are well on their way to being stronger every day!

Mentally and emotionally, when we started this journey... man. I was in a bad place. I was "fat," - in my mind, was not confident (especially since I had gone from a good athlete in high school, to weight fluctuation in college), was in a transition period with graduating college and figuring out my big move abroad. Since working with you, everything has changed
. Yes, the weight loss plays a role but that was just the beginning - I have rolled with this crazy life and feel really good about where I am, what I'm doing and how I'm doing it. I also have found so much strength with the mindset changes we have been able to work through together. Although some of the changes seem so simple, it is with the support and encouragement from you, Bri, and showing me the big picture that made the changes happen, and pretty quickly it seemed. I feel so prepared to take on this world because of it, and I know how to work through the days where I feel a little off, or confused or down (in general emotional).

Specifically right now, I am especially thankful for the flexible dieting and LIFESTYLE changes. I haven't been needing to track everything that goes into my body because I have learned throughout working together what I need to be eating and when. I would highly recommend you to any.

I think people who struggle with mindset issues or pushing through their "stuck" would especially benefit with your coaching because you get to know them, see their big picture as well as the little window the sometimes trap themselves in --- and then, bam, together you find an ax and break down the walls they've put up in front of them. Also so many times the mindset changes open up the floodgates to other pieces of the puzzle - whether that be weight loss or weight training or what have you. You are judge free and push everyone to be their best self. And SO DAMN SUPPORTIVE "
