The Lion’s Pack Superfood Infused Edible Monster Cookie Dough Review
I’m all for cookie dough in any form. I have to admit though, “superfood infused” left me feeling a bit skeptical. For such great macros, I kept an open mind with this product… and I was not disappointed.
Taste: 9/10. The taste is similar to an m&m cookie. It has a peanut butter oatmeal base. The cookie dough flavor comes through strong, despite the “superfood” title. There is a bit of an earthy aftertaste, which I assume comes from the “superfood” element. However, this is very subtle and doesn’t take away from the product.
Texture: You know those refrigerated pre-made rolls of cookie dough? That is exactly the texture of this. It’s identical to traditional cookie dough. There are bits of chocolate chips and rainbow mini m&m like candies.
Macros: 9/10. 5g of fat, 13g of carbs, 5g of protein per 29g (2 tablespoons) For the flavor and concept of this (eating raw cookie dough that is made from “superfoods”) these macros are stellar.
Quality: Dairy free, gluten free, nonGMO, vegan. This is also a probiotic. The first 5 ingredients in this are brown rice flour, pea protein isolate, oat flour, agave nectar, and dry roasted peanuts. As you might have assumed, these are very wholesome ingredients.
Price per jar: $12.99
